Unfortunately, no. I have not slithered into the lifeless void of death and am very much still alive-- A fact you may be aware of if you've been following my more active DeviantArt page.

I apologize for not uploading that much to Newgrounds for the past few months. There's been a few reasons for this.

The first is that I haven't made many finalized works lately. Most of what I've uploaded to DeviantArt in the past few months would constitute more as random spur-of-the-moment experiments and doodles as opposed to things I feel would be more worthy of being uploaded to Newgrounds. It's mainly because I'm trying to keep my Newgrounds a bit more... Professional as opposed to the crazy, loosely-organized collage that is my DeviantArt account. I also haven't uploaded my recent sketches to my profile as it just feels lazy and I'm focusing more on fully-finalized artwork.

The second reason is that I've been a bit reluctant to upload certain works of mine, as I feel they wouldn't constitute art worthy of being uploaded to the portal as per Newground's Art Guidelines. For example, a fairly recent piece is a photo I took which I then drew on top of, which I'm reluctant to post since Newgrounds doesn't seem friendly towards any kind of photography whatsoever.

On top of this, I've been trying to have myself a fun and relaxing summer vacation this year on top of me simultaneously working on a few other projects. Believe me, I've been doing the best I can to really focus on my art, but I'm also passionate and dedicated towards producing good-quality eye candy that I and others can enjoy so it can often take me various periods of time before I put out any kind of finished work. And that of course includes my comic and all content relating to it!

So yeah. I understand that I've been working on Valve time when it comes to projects, but bear with me people: I'm doing my best so that YOU will get quality content you'll absolutely go nuts for! Especially with my upcoming comics!

So to all my fans on here, thank you all for bearing with me and I hope you're all having a great summer! Drink plenty of water, stay cool, and try not to turn into a heat stroke death statistic. :)

I'm already aware of how friendly this website is regarding criticism, but I'd just like to come out and say that I actively encourage criticism! Do YOU like my art and want to see me improve? Think it's stereotypical furry trash and belongs in the dumpster? Feel free to tell me why you feel that way! I strive for unobtainable perfection in my artwork, so helpful criticism (Keyword: HELPFUL, as in, not telling me to go kill myself over how bad you think I am) is welcomed with open arms so that I may learn from and improve my works!

Hello, world! I go by a lot of other names but you can just call me JC, as it's a moniker I'm more commonly known by. I'm a person with a knack for creating comics, toons, and various works of art spawned from the depths of my own mildly disturbed imagination.

I create works that are meant for general audiences, though they may occasionally contain mature themes and mild amounts of violence and/or gore. I do NOT draw full nudity, fetish-related, super politically-charged, or otherwise obscene content.
